Arrival & Golf at Wairakei

Kick off your trip with a round at the iconic Wairakei Golf + Sanctuary, where native wildlife and lush fairways create a serene golfing experience. After your round, travel to Rotorua and check in at the Pullman Rotorua, your base for the next three nights.

Rotorua Golf: Arikikapakapa (Rotorua) or Lakeview

Choose between two local gems: the historic Arikikapakapa Rotorua Golf Club, known for its geothermal features, or the scenic Lakeview Golf Club with panoramic views over Lake Rotorua. Enjoy a relaxed evening in town checking out Eat Street or if the weather is warm, a picnic and swim at one of the Rotorua lakes.

Rotorua Leisure Day

Take a break from golf and explore Rotorua’s cultural and geothermal wonders. Visit Te Puia, experience Wai Ariki Hot Springs and Spa, or enjoy a forest walk through the Redwoods.

Golf at Whakatāne

Travel east to the Bay of Plenty for a round at Whakatāne Golf Club, a coastal links course with rolling fairways and ocean breezes. 


Settle in for two nights at Com Plex, a modern boutique stay in the heart of Whakatāne.

Golf at Ōhope International

Play a round at Ōhope International Golf Club, one of New Zealand’s most scenic seaside courses, with sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean and Whakaari/White Island.  Spend the afternoon relaxing on Ōhope Beach or exploring the local area.

Travel to Cambridge

Enjoy a leisurely drive inland to the charming town of Cambridge


Take the afternoon to explore local cafés, galleries, or Lake Karapiro. Check in to the elegant The Clements, a boutique retreat in the heart of town.

Tieke Golf Estate

Wrap up your North Island golf adventure with a round at Tieke Golf Estate. Crafted from the original bed of the Waikato River, Tīeke Golf Estate is a modern masterpiece blending links-style golf with a secluded valley feel. Since opening in 2021, it’s quickly earned a spot among New Zealand’s top 20 courses.  


After your round, relax at the clubhouse’s excellent restaurant with a well-earned drink or bite to eat. From the terrace, enjoy views of the 18th green and watch fellow golfers finish their rounds in this stunning setting—a perfect way to finish the week.
